WHO ARE WE

Minister & Board

It is our spiritual and human responsibility to be Guardians and creative collaborators with Mother Earth and her creatures. Both the Earth and the soul of humanity need proper care and nourishment in order to grow and flourish as the Divine Mother has intended for us. Taking full responsibility for this Guardianship is part of our sacred mission at The Sanctuary of Sophia, as well as to bring forth and live the realized feminine energy, thereby bringing the much needed spiritual and earthly balance into our world.

We are strongly connected to the creatures of our Earth, and open to the sacred energy they bring to help us fulfill our mission, both personally and collectively.

The Power Animal for The Sanctuary of Sophia is the Bee. The Bee has a number of different energies it brings. It represents Fertility and the Honey of Life, inviting us to know our own fertile nature through our spiritual work and to experience the sweetness that life can bring when we are in alignment. The Bee symbolizes the ability to accomplish the impossible, reminding us that no matter how great the dream there is the promise of fulfillment. And Bee also represents community -  working harmoniously together for the Good of All.

In Rev. Meghan’s own words:
“Personally, this feels like not only the fulfillment of this lifetime, but many, as we restore the feminine spirit and soul back to her original place in creation.”
